Halima Muhammad, operating as Your Digital Campaign Manager, provides digital campaign management and social media services only. By engaging these services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No guarantee of electoral victory, vote count, or campaign outcome is expressed or implied.
• Results may vary based on race, district, voter turnout, candidate engagement, advertising budget, and other factors outside of our control.
• Hiring this service does not ensure a win. A strong digital presence increases visibility and voter reach but cannot determine election outcomes.
• All political strategy, messaging decisions, platform positions, and campaign conduct remain the sole responsibility of the candidate.
• The candidate is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable campaign finance laws, election regulations, and disclosure requirements.
• Ad spend, printing, event costs, and all other campaign operating expenses are the sole responsibility of the candidate and are not included in the service fee.

Nonpartisan Policy

Your Digital Campaign Manager operates on a strictly nonpartisan basis. Services are offered to candidates regardless of party affiliation, provided there is no direct conflict of interest between clients competing for the same seat or district.

Engaging this service does not constitute an endorsement of any candidate, party, policy position, or political platform.

Professional Services Agreement

This is a professional services engagement, not a guarantee of results. All services are provided on a best-efforts basis. Your Digital Campaign Manager reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at any time if a conflict of interest arises.

Pricing is determined on a per-candidate basis during the initial consultation call and is dependent on the scope, race type, and timeline of the engagement.
